The Proposed Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT IS MADE BETWEEN TANIA MADAHAR AND THE CLIENT.

We are delighted to welcome you to the Tania Madahar Design family and embark on this exciting journey of creating your perfect bridal outfit! We understand that your wedding day is one of the most cherished and awaited moments of your life, and we are honored that you have entrusted us with such an important task. Rest assured, you are making the right decision. Our team is committed to blending our expertise, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure that your bridal attire not only meets but exceeds your expectations, making you feel truly radiant on your special day!

Tania Madahar Designs is an appointment based business, therefore, the designer and client appointment time is limited to 1 - 1.5 hours for a regular shopping spree and 3 hours for a Bridal & Groom Design appointment.

To secure your preferred appointment and begin this exciting journey, a non-refundable retainer of $175 is required. This retainer will be applied towards your BRIDAL purchase. This ensures that both designer and client are committed to the appointment time.

THE PROCESS (FOR BRIDAL & GROOM DESIGN APPOINTMENTS):

  1. Phone call with client to determine the style/create vision board based on client’s research and design preference.

  2. Book appointment! Your appointment is only officially booked once you have read and acknowledged the engagement letter and paid your retainer.

  3. During the Bridal and/or Groom Design appointment we will work out details for your outfit(s). This includes colors, measurements, embroideries, fabrics, etc.

  4. Your outfit(s) is fully customized to your style, design, and measurements, therefore, your order is placed once we receive full payment for the outfit(s).

  5. Upon receiving payment, one to two swatches will be ordered for approval from the client based on the styles and designs discussed before finalizing details like color and embroidery.

  6. The delivery can take anywhere from 12 - 16 weeks.

  7. While your bridal outfit is being created, we work through the rest of your wedding party (Groom, Parents, Siblings, Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Aunt(s), Uncle(s), Cousin(s), etc. to give you the most aesthetically pleasing color combinations for your events.

PLEASE REVIEW AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING (FOR ALL APPOINTMENTS):

  1. I agree that my appointment with Tania Madahar is booked for the date and time discussed. If I am to change the date or time, I forfeit the retainer and agree to pay another retainer of $175 to reschedule. (The original retainer will not apply to any purchase.)

  2. Retainer is payable through Venmo or Zelle (attached to email) - this is what officially books the appointment.

  3. I understand that Tania Madahar Designs holds a strict policy of - NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.

  4. Tania Madahar Designs offers ONE complimentary alteration on BRIDAL ORDERS ONLY if there is a sizing issue based on the original size taken or provided. (Any sizing alterations due to excessive weight gain or weight loss will be an additional cost).

  5. Tania Madahar Designs requests clients to share professional photographs to be featured on our social media platforms and other publications operated by our partners (i.e. magazines).

  6. If, however, the client is not comfortable with being featured on our social media platforms, the outfits are photographed prior to delivery for publication purposes.

  7. Tania Madahar Designs owns all publication rights for outfits designed.
