  1. Do I need an appointment?

    • Yes, we are an appointment only studio.

  2. Do you offer alterations?

    • Yes, we offer alterations at an extra charge.

  3. What should I bring to my appointment?

    • Heels with a height you plan on wearing for your event.

    • Regular bra (no sports bras) for proper measurements of bust and cup alignment on your outfit.

    • Leggings to make it easier to get in and out of outfits.

    • Tight-ish shirt or t-shirt (make sure if you wear a sweatshirt or sweater, you are wearing a tanktop or t-shirt under) for accurate measurements.

  4. What is the turn around time for most outfits?

    • Bridal wear: 12 - 16 weeks

    • Groom wear: 12 - 16 weeks

    • Party wear: 4 - 6 weeks; 6 - 8 weeks; 8 - 10 weeks; 10 - 12 weeks (The lead time is based on the intricacy of the outfit; this time will be provided to you on most items listed on the site. You can also reach out via email to have this question answered prior to your consultation or during your consultation.)

  5. Do you carry inventory in your studio?

    • Yes, we carry a selective range of styles in our studio for purchasing.

  6. Can I customize the outfit(s)?

    • Yes, we specialize in customizing the perfect look for you. We will also guide you in the right direction to ensure you are customizing what’s most flattering for your body type.

      • Disclaimer: Some styles CANNOT be customized. We will inform you on the styles that CANNOT be customized.

  7. How many people can I bring to my appointment?

    • We want to be able to give you our undivided attention. So please DO NOT bring more than 1 person to your shopping spree appointments and DO NOT bring more than 2 people to your bridal/groom design service appointments.

  8. What is your return policy?

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

      • We DO NOT accept returns, offer refunds, or exchange items as we are contracted to customize your items.

      • Once your outfit(s) is paid for, we do not offer any changes to design.

    • We require FULL payment in advance prior to your order being placed.
