Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Tania Madahar Designs, where we specialize in exquisite Indian clothing designed with passion and tradition. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

  1. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges Policy

    • All Sales are Final: Due to the custom and unique nature of our products, all sales are final. We DO NOT accept returns, DO NOT offer refunds, and DO NOT allow exchanges under any circumstances.

  2. Payment Policy

    • Payment Terms: Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders. Work on your custom order will begin only after the full payment is received and confirmed.

  3. Bridal Appointments

    • Retainer Fee: A non-refundable retainer of $175 is required to book a bridal appointment. This amount will be applied to your final purchase of bridal wear.

    • Missed Appointments: If you miss your bridal appointment, the $175 retainer will be forfeited and cannot be applied to any future purchases or appointment bookings.

  4. Responsibility for Measurements

    • Measurement Changes: We do not take responsibility for changes in measurements due to weight loss, weight gain, or any other factors after your order has been placed and under production.

  5. Jewelry Responsibility

    • Jewelry Care: Once jewelry is received by the customer, it is their sole responsibility to ensure its care and protection. We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, or issues with jewelry after it has been delivered.

  6. Clothing Responsibility

    • Clothing Care: All the outfits purchased on our site or customized through our brand are meant to be dry cleaned. All our orders go through a rigorous inspection prior to delivery to maintain top quality standards for the customer. We do not take responsibility for any damage, loss, or issues with clothing after it has been delivered.

  7. General Terms

    • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be altered or canceled.

    • Delivery: We are committed to delivering your items within the agreed-upon timeline. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur, and we will communicate any such delays promptly.

  8. Order Acceptance and Cancellations

    • We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  9. Liability

    • We strive to ensure that all products are accurately represented. However, slight variations in color, design, and texture may occur. These variations are not considered defects and will not be grounds for a return or exchange.

  10. Customer Satisfaction

    • If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact info@taniamadahar.com or text (951) 551-7672 with details regarding your concerns to receive assistance from our team.

  11. Access to Content

    • We hold the rights to all our designs and products and use them for content purposes through all our social media accounts. All outfits made through our brand are photographed prior to delivery.

    • FOR BRIDES and CLIENTS: Your custom bridal outfits are photographed by our team prior to delivery. However, the content is not posted until after the wedding date on file. You are also encouraged to share your own photographs from your events to share on our social media accounts, however, it is not required.

Tania Madahar reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
